· Visionary - Who are satisfied in God but dissatisfied with the world around them and seek to bring change.

· Inclusive - Who love and value all people equally, who release people, who are team players, who are accountable themselves.

· Resilient - Who can stand in the face of disappointment and criticism and keep their eyes fixed on a greater goal.

· Dedicated - Who work hard, with intention and and purpose.

· Learning - Who seek to ongoingly develop themselves through personal study, improving existing & learning new skills.

teaching staff

The sessions are led by established team of Church Pastors and Key Ministry Leaders from Elim Churches in Devon and Cornwall, who have years of wisdom and experience to bring to the sessions.

In addition to the teaching staff, there will also be:

1. Tutors – who will meet with students every couple of weeks, to go through programme content ensuring it’s fully understood and help answer any questions

2. Mentors – who will meet on a regular basis with students to help and support them throughout the programme, as well as offer spiritual support as they navigate living out their Christian faith
